三、Research Achievement
Our research interests are Food Safety and Food Biotechnology. We conduct basic and applied research in microbiological food safety and heterotrophic metabolism of Chlorella. Work in progress focuses on the molecular ecology and the development of rapid detection methods for food-borne bacterial pathogens. We published more than 80 papers in recent years in international and national journals,which included 33 SCI. We also published more than 3 books in Chinese.
