Chunlei Shi, PhD, Associate Professor. Born in April 1977, Dr. Shi received her Ph.D. of Biomedical Engineering (Biotechnology) in 2006 at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Since then, she has been working as a lecturer in Department of Food Sci & Tech, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Her main research area is food safety and food biotechnology. She is presiding or joint presiding 5 research projects mainly funded by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. She has published 12 papers (4 papers were SCI included), and participated in compiling 2 books. She has also taken part in applying 8 patents.
