李云飞

   

       李云飞,教授,博士生导师,食品工程学科梯队带头人,食品科学与工程硕士点负责人。1954年12月出生,1996年毕业于东北农业大学,获工学博士学位。1985年至1986年在美国明尼苏达大学(University of Minnesota)做访问学者,从事农产品贮藏与加工研究。1996年至1998年在上海理工大学做博士后,从事低温生物工程研究工作。目前,社会兼职有:教育部高等学校轻工与食品教学指导委员会食品科学与工程分委员会委员(2001-2005,2006-2010),中国农业工程学会农产品贮藏加工专业委员会常务理士,上海市农业机械学会农产品贮运加工专业委员会主任,上海市食品学会理士。《农产品加工学刊》、《乳业科学与技术》等杂志编委。曾多次获上海市优秀教学成果与优秀教材奖,多次获上海交通大学优秀教师奖,2007年获得上海市育才奖,负责的《食品工程原理》获2007年国家级精品课程称号。2009年获得上海市教学名师奖。主持与参加科技部‘十五’‘十一五’科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市科委项目等多项研究工作。发表SCI和EI学术论文30篇,主编和参编教材、译著8本。
