SJTU--SSAFE--GFSI Global Markets Program Food Safety Workshop was held from Nov. 11th to 12th, at SJTU. Trainees came from all over China, including Inner Mongolia, Yunnan Province, Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Beijing, Tianjin, and etc.
"SJTU-SSAFE-GFSI Global Markets Program on Food Safety” is a capacity building program for small and/or less developed businesses that will develop effective food safety management systems through a systematic continuous improvement process.
Its objectives are to improve local knowledge and awareness on GFSI schemes and food safety practices, to build food safety capacity in local market and to increase food safety awareness as well as to promote public and private partnership & collaboration.
The workshop was held with great success, and we hope this program could be continued and we welcome more partners from food industry.
