Tim began his career with General Electric Company in China in 1996. In 2005, Tim returned to Asia as VP & GM of Cooper Industries’ Crouse-Hinds Division in the Asia Pacific region. In September 2010, Tim joined Ecolab as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development of Food & Beverage Sector. During his tenure in Ecolab’s head quarter, he had worked on the $8 billion M&A and integration of Nalco business globally.
Tim graduated from Harvard Business School with high distinction (Baker Scholar). Tim received his B.S. & M.S. with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
