Yaowen Huang


Yao-Wen Huang, Ph.D. is Tenured Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Georgia, Athens, GA. His research interests include aquatic food technology; processing and microbiology of fishery and poultry products; new products; shelf-life extension of processed food; by-product recovery and utilization; and application of nanotechnology on food and agricultural products.
