Jin Yue, PhD., Deputy Director of Bor S. Luh Food Safety Research Center. She graduated from the University of Alberta, majoring in Food Engineering. Her research focuses on the value added process and application of food and agriculture, as well as the development of functional food packaging material and its risk assessment. She is teaching the undergraduate course <Principals of Food Preservation> in English.
In the Bor S. Luh Food Safety Research Center, she is charge of the food safety training, academia-industry collaborations, international collaborations, et al. She is a HACCP trainer certified by the International HACCP Alliance.
