On May 27th 2010, Dr. Yi Sheng and Dr. Jin Yue visited Cargill China, which located at Hong Kong New World Tower, Shanghai, and had a harmonious talk with Ms. Minna Zheng, Director of Corporated Communications & CS and Dr. Yunling Zheng, QA Manager, Starches and Sweeteners Asia. Cargill is one of the most important industry partners to the Center’s Non-profit training program on General Knowledge of Food Safety. On the meeting, the content and the publicity proposal of the training program was discussed. They all agreed that it is a creative program that the non-profit training is organized jointly by the university and industry or other social units.
