‘Food Ingredient China 2010”, the largest food additives & ingredients trade fair in Asia was held in Shanghai in March 23-25 at Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center, Shanghai mart and Shanghai International Exhibition Center.
The exhibition attracted over 100 exhibitors form more than 20 countries. 22 categories of food additives, 34 categories of food ingredients and food processing aide, as well as equipment, machinery and media agents provide comprehensive and different products and service. Natural, nutritious, healthy and functional food was highlighted on the exhibition. About 50% products showed were made from natural extracts to meet the demand of the market.
Alongside FIC 2010, series of academic conferences and technical seminars were held. It updated the latest news on food science and technology and made solutions for company’s sustainable development.
