Invited by Professor Shaohui Zhang, on March 07, 2010, Dr. Charles Onwulata, the research food technologist at USDA - ARS – ERRC (United States Department of Agriculture-Agriculture Research Service-East Region Research Center) visited the Dairy Product Safety Lab which is supervised by Dr. Shaohui Zhang. After visiting of the labs, Dr. Charles Onwulata presented a seminar titled of “Development Tendency of Functional Food in the United Sates”. In the presentation, Dr. Onwulata shared the research progress on dairy products in the USDA - ARS – ERRC. Dr. Onwulata and Dr. Zhang both expressed the appreciation of the other’s research achievement, and they would like to have close collaboration on dairy product research in the future.
