Jill Wyant is executive vice president and president of Global Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Life Sciences for Ecolab Inc.  A trusted partner at more than one million customer locations, Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. With 2014 sales of $14 billion and 47,000 associates, Ecolab delivers comprehensive solutions and on-site service to promote safe food, maintain clean environments, optimize water and energy use and improve operational efficiencies for customers in the food, healthcare, energy, hospitality and industrial markets in more than 170 countries around the world.

In her current position, Wyant is responsible for leading Ecolab businesses that serve the food and beverage processing, healthcare, and pharmaceutical and personal care industries.  Previously, Wyant was executive vice president and president for the company’s Global Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Earlier, she led F&B in the Americas. Wyant joined Ecolab in 2009 as vice president of Global Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Ecolab, she held multiple leadership positions at General Electric.

Wyant is active in the Minneapolis/St. Paul community.  She serves on the board of directors of the Greater Twin Cities United Way, which focuses on stabilizing families, helping children succeed and empowering healthy lives in nine Minnesota counties.  She also is a member of the board’s executive committee.  Wyant and her family volunteer as a “Big Family” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities.

In 2012, Wyant was named a “Woman Worth Watching” by Diversity Journal Magazine.

Wyant earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with highest honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and remains actively involved with recruiting and development.  She graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degrees in International Marketing and Japanese Studies.
